Composition rythmique pour une pile de chaises avec ombre portée sur un mur blanc. Les chaises tremblent, frétillent et amorcent répétitivement une chute en avant. Une cascade qui entraÎne avec elle des éclats de lumière. Le son colle à l’action. Il inquiète à cause de sa similitude avec le bruit sec d’une mitraille.

A rhythmic composition for a pile of chairs with the shadow conveyed on to a white wall. The chairs shaker quiver, and start toppling forward, time and time again. A cascade which brings with it bursts of light. The sound tallies with the action. It disconcerts because of its similarity with the crisp noise of a bail of bullets.

Rhythmische Komposition für einen Stapel Stühle mit Schlagschatten auf weißer Wand. Die Stühle zittern, wackeln und beginnen wieder und wieder nach vorne zu fallen. Eine Kaskade, die Lichterglanz mit sich bringt. Der Ton gehört zur Aktion. Er beunruhigt wegen seiner Ähnlichkeit mit dem trockenen Knattern eines Maschinengewehrs.
